Where you have 3 component cables, RCA adapter on each side and use that to hookup your video system. Is this a good or bad idea? Would it provide lower quality picture?
Component video cables are just 70 ohm cables with RCA connectors. If you use standard 75 ohm coax cable and attach RCA connectors, it should work well.
