That being said, my favorite steak is the 6oz Dallas Filet at Texas Roadhouse for $14.99, and it comes with 2 sides. Great steak! Especially for the price. And no, I don't put anything on it.
Well, a steak is ruined once it's cooked past medium. Then it's too dry and abscent of flavorful juices. At that point I'm grabbing the steak sauce to help moisturize the chunk of rubber sitting in front of me.
You must not know how to cook a steak past medium.
