What do you think of Uncharted 2?

I want to play this game... but I know I'll only play it once. Doesn't make sense to buy it, and there's no way Blockbuster will have it in stock anytime soon. If anyone finishes the game and doesn't plan to play it again for a while, I'd pay rent it from you. I just can't promise I'll finish it really quickly. With the last one I really got into it and finished it in a few days, but I'm renovating my house and my gaming time is finite.

I picked this up when Toys R Us had buy 2 get 1 free, me and two friends bought the game. The single player was real nice, I finished it on hard the first time through and I want to do crushing for the challenge (and platinum trophy). But the multiplayer is where it's at. I liked W@W and loved KZ2 and MW but this game is awesome. It reminds me of Halo 1!

I'm playing Uncharted 1 right now. The one thing I hate about the game is that there's wave after wave of enemies just showing after you kill the first few. I like everything else though. Is Uncharted 2 like this?

there are very few waves. mostly what you see is what you have to kill

this game online is tons of fun. i have to learn where the weapons spawn and all that.

m4 is my fav weapon in this game.

the online is pretty good. I want to know how the matchmaking works though lol. I played a game where there were 2 level 40+ guys and a 36 on one team, and my team had no one higher than 17 lol

The game got super easy at the end and was a bit anti-climatic (boss fight that is). Overall the story was great, the voice acting was great, the graphics were great, the gameplay was good, and the controls were good. I'd give it a 8/10.

Single player wise I see no reason to replay it. I'll probably hit some multiplayer later in the week.

To show him that he had to kill his men. Of course it doesn't really at that point explain why more then the "I was superstitious about ending the world".

The main reason is to supply a plot device that keeps you out of town so the bad guys can attack it.

Was a fun game. I enjoyed it just as much as the first. A good action game. The ending dialogue was hilarious, probably the best dialogue in the game. MP is actually pretty fun in bursts, too.

I don't know how you guys beat these games so fast. I guess I just have too much of a life. I kid. lol. It's actually do to my short attention span.

I'm waiting for some reasonably priced used copies to show up. This is definitely going to be a buy for me though.

the first one had zombies that a lot of people didn't like but they went ahead and put monsters in this one too, so I give them points for doing what they want and not worry too much about the fanbase

You tell me how someone takes 3 direct RPG blasts and you get a cookie. I like the armor thing. Makes for more variety. The first one just had the same bad guys from start to finish, but with different guns.

Still haven't finished this yet. I am very glad to see that this game is much longer than the first Uncharted. The pacing is good, so it doesn't feel like Ratchet & Clank where they just tack on levels for the sake of it.

I'll definately be replaying this a few times like I did the first one. The "Drake's never alone" partner-up thing is extremely well done. Who cares if it's scripted or not.

(granted it was used from a friend who got it a week early heh)

sucks that this game came out when it did, because I really wanted to get into the multiplayer, but with MW2 out I honestly don't thnk I will be touching u2 again any time soon

yup..my concern too. i liked the u2 demo, but i picked up mw2 and will be on it for awhile now

imo, u2 is worth $35 for just the single player alone.

and i guarantee you, if you start playing it, you will not want to put it down for hours. i beat it in like 3 sittings on hard mode, but i played for like 3-4 hours each time heh.

the single player in u2 is definitely better than single player in mw2.
