I hated that from #1. You'd have to complete some elaborate task, uncover a mystery area and the bad guys are already bet you to it.
Yes I realize you have to fight the bad guys that doesn't mean they can't come from behind and attack you.

Yes I realize you have to fight the bad guys that doesn't mean they can't come from behind and attack you.
Pretty much the entire game the bad guys are chasing you. So they almost always come from the path you already made.
It does retain my one major gripe from Uncharted 1.

Supernatural beings? Really? Come on, I was really getting into the story in the mountain levels and out pops this demon dog thing. Totally took me out of the game and made me remember I was holding a controller. All immersion ruined. Come on.

Didn't play the first game? Also, this is pretty much a staple of the genre anyway. Think of all the Tomb Raider games or Indy movies. All have supernatural elements. Why people whine about this all the time with Uncharted is beyond me.

It's not difficult to figure out - people complain about it because we don't like it. Are we supposed to pretend to like it just because it's in Tomb Raider too?
