What do you use your leftover dyed Easter eggs for?

I'm eating an egg-salad sandwich right now - had to fight the kids to make sure I wasn't eating one of "their" eggs. In a day or two they won't care.

Egg salad sandwich, deviled eggs, and of course just plain hard boiled egg.

We'll get really tired of those in the next week - what other ways to eat your Easter eggs?

Well, technically, I had 22 "Easter" eggs as of late morning. I had a 6 egg omelet for breakfast, my wife had a 5 egg omelet for breakfast, but those were Saturday eggs; I hadn't gone out to the barn by that point. All 22 "Easter" eggs are now in an incubator with 40 other eggs from the last 2 days. That's what I used them for - to make baby chicks, rather than to eat them. (or to sell them, although most of the chicks will be sold.)

I remember growing up on a farm. Spring's a nice season, lots of babies. Lots of work, though.

I dyed eggs a few days ago, but don't eat them at all. I have no ideal what I will do with them. Probably just throw them out.

We had an egg eating contest yesterday - I only made it to six - plus PBR and Coors Light. Have a contest with your kids who can eat the most. Just make sure afterwards, you're not in the same room with them. You will pay.

With no kids around this year, we didn't bother doing any eggs. I can only stand to eat a few, (read that as my wife can only stand for me to eat a couple) plus going to school this year...well, I really don't have anything against my classmates...I'd hate to do that to them...

Save them for Halloween. You can egg people's houses in a variety of festive colors and odors.
