It means if you've ever seen a lizard doing pushups on a huge boulder, that could be you.
That is what it means when a man says it, when a women uses it to refer to themselves or another woman it means "fat".Originally posted by: Heisenberg

A little about me. I am a Single White Female, 27, tall (6ft), consider myself attractive, passionate, loves to travel, very active, smart, non-smoker, just likes to have a good time. I am heavyset...I lead a very healthy and active lifestyle and looking for people who do the same. I like to be around people who want to better themselves as I am doing for myself.

i was going to say fat as well, but reading after her description, i'd wager she is the buff-type.
"very active", "very healthy", "active lifestyle", and the fact that she's 6ft tall all lead me to picture the bodybuilding-woman-type.
