There is a master ".rar" file that should have come with all those files that you open and unzip with WinRAR that will automatically use all the .0, .1, .2, etc. to reconstruct the original ISO. Then you use Nero to burn the ISO to a CD and voila... your pirated softwa--I mean your random 1's and 0's.

Nope, no rar file, all i got is xxxx.0, xxxx.1, xxxx.2.... pretty sure I got all the files

Winrar un rars those files. If they look like this...
piratedsoftwareabbrevation.01
piratedsoftwareabbrevation.02

Double click on any of them and open the file using winrar. It should extract. If it doesn't it will give you errors....

Not all Rar files are like that. It is just an advantage of the storage system. Essentially, a rar file is the same as a zip file, but you can take a nice big file (like a CD image) and split it up into smaller files automatically.
