My spidey sense suggested that maybe things weren't going too well. Things definitely took a turn for the worse when one officer started pounding on my window. Our newest employee had set off the silent alarm while trying to let a slightly less newish employee into the building. The other employee told the new employee that there was a button at the reception desk that opened the front door. There isn't.

I always check out the cheese section when I go to Ralphs, last month I decided to start adding some smoked mozzarella to the pizzas I make every week. I'd always see a pile of them, but now that I want to buy them they've only had them 1 time in the past month. And I don't have the setup to smoke my own cheese or I'd just do it myself.
A little smoked Mozz on top of a pizza in addition to the regular mozz is so good. Now I gotta fuckin buy some shit so I can start smoking my own, ugh.
So add a second chamber and funnel the smoke that way with a chinmey. Just get a cheap wok from Chinese supermarket.That's pretty slick, but I don't own a Wok, and even if I did cheese has to be cold smoked or it will melt. That would work awesomely for making a smoked cheese dip though I bet.
