Went into a Bojangles Chicken and Biscuit restaurant at 11AM this morning. I was hungry. I ordered for carry-out a 3-piece fried chicken meal. Order taker informed me they haven't made any fry chicken yet. I ask when do they start serving lunch and she tells me 10AM.

She goes and asks the kitchen when they are going to make some fry chicken and comes back and asked me if I can wait 15 minutes. I tell her NO and leave while eyeballing the manager standing right there.

Please tell me what good does it do to start lunch at 10AM and yet at 11AM you have not yet made your first batch of fry chicken? I could have gone to KFC and been confident in that KFC would have had some chicken ready for me.

^^^You should come to my local Popeyes. That place has made me wait 20+ minutes more than a few times, and every time was after 11am so no breakfast confusion. Never had the balls to just leave -- but I always paid already.

Got an email today that the combat boots I ordered aren't in stock in my size. I requested a change to Czech boots if they have my size, but they don't look as good as the American boots. They don't have the speed laces :^(

My Spanish is terrible and Netflix screwed up on an episode of Prison Break season 2 episode 15 that is supposed to have hard English subtitles. The captioning only says "(Speaking Spanish)."

Episode 16 didn't seem to have any Spanish scenes. Episode 17 seemed to fix it. Episode 18 was broken again. Episode 19 only had a tiny bit of Spanish but it was supposed to be captioned in English too. Reporting to Netflix.

I'm familiar with the concept, but never trusted them. I'm pretty hard on boots, and require they hold up and have good support. Dunno how well a zipper would hold up, or hold proper tension over time/sock changes.

Still waiting to hear back on the Czech boots. If that's a no-go, my final offer will be to wait for them to stock the ones I want. If they'll have more in a couple months, I can wait. Otherwise, I'll have to order the boots I really want from a different vendor, but at >2* the price :^/

I've had these on my tactical boots for a couple of years with no problems. And with heavy socks, my boots tend to be pretty tight, especially after having sat for several months in the off season. Also they are part ballistic nylon so they don't stretch very much.

Those zippers are a lot stronger than you might imagine and I'm pretty sure that at least some brands are approved for military use.

Welcome to TV since Sept 11, 2001. It's never anything good - ever. The best news they can deliver is maybe an animal at a local zoo just had a baby. "Awwww!" And then that would typically be followed by one or more of the following: Buildings exploding, fatal car accidents, shootings of all size, bank robberies, weather disasters (ie, flooding, mudslides, tornadoes, etc), missing airplanes, terrorist activity, failed rocket launches, etc. My TV is either on ESPN or MSG. Other than that, it's mostly Netflex/Firestick with Kodi or Spotify. Please try my method out and report back. I promise happiness is right around the corner for you!

He just mentioned another terrorist attack, which has ballooned in the media business beyond what it's worth since that day. But yea.... I agree with you. It's terrible. I think it's also worse now because of all the social media bullshit too.

That is weird, but it looks like you live in a non-standard Bojangles area (outside of NC/SC).

They have always had fried chicken at all times of day; breakfast, too. But I have noticed that outside of those regions it is a mixed bag of wtf kind of management and policy.
