This morning on the way to work, on interstate highway with normal speed of 60 MPH. A big Ford truck in the middle lane suddendly slowed down and I did have to move to inside lane right away. After I passed him, I was able to see why. He slowed down so he could see the state trooper that was on the other side of the interstate (several lanes plus the median), pulled over a 18 wheeler. He was rubbernecking from one side of the interstate to the other side.
