Had to pay $65 to get a copy of my land deed, that I probably should have gotten in first place when I bought the land.
It's hard to read what anything says since it's from like 1907 and looks like it got photocopied on a photocopier from that era, but at least I have it!
Also found out I don't have pine tree rights, so I'm trying to figure that part out. I am hoping I can just buy those rights. I want to be able to cut/use any tree without having to worry. This is an old rule from the war since they needed the trees to build ship masts so the crown had all rights to them.
At least I have tree rights in general though, I was seeing lot of logging in the area and it occured to me that I had no document confirming that for me so that's what made me persue getting the deed.
