Ugh they don't even know how to put in their wifi password in the xbox. I don't own an xbox I don't know why they think I will know more. Just poke around in the settings and look for it! Because that's all I'm going to be doing.

My friend's wife keeps bothering me to help her set up netflix but really not giving me much details on what is even happening or what's wrong. Talked to my friend and it's starting to sound like they didn't even bother trying and just want me to set it up for them. They don't even know what their username and password is. I don't even know if they even have an account. I'm trying to fluff it back to them since I don't really want to waste my time if they don't even know their basic info. I hate that just because I work in tech people think I'm their personal help desk. They are both adults, they should setup their own TV.

Bought a motocycle helmet online today and went to pick it up. In the pictures it shows a bad ass dark face shield, so I just assumed it would come with a clear and dark onw. Nope, the dark one is just for the pics and has to be purchased separately. And of course, they didn't have any of them in the store.

Router turned out to be next to TV so that was easy. I was not prepared or willing to start drilling holes in their walls and stuff. I'll do it for my own house but not someone else's.

That was mostly a waste of my time though, the only reason they had trouble is because they were hung up on all the accounts so I was mostly there for moral support. "try clicking account, it's probably there. Now try create".

Need Xbox live account first, then Netflix account. They got the Xbox live account figured out, I told them to figure out the Netflix one and once they put in the new password it should work.

Went to AutoZone to get a widget. Clerk looks it, says I got two, be right back. Comes back, nope I ain't got none. Calls another AZ store nearby, says they got two, holding one at the counter for you. I get to the other store, they ring it up, several dollars more. I pull out my phone and look it up on the website. Store one, shows one price. Store two shows another. Stores are about three mile apart. They can't explain why. Manager is busy fussin' and fumin' on the phone, so I didn't wait.

Go back to the first store. They look it up again. Ask me for the receipt from Store two. Scratch their head, they can't explain the difference either. Same part number, same brand, same AZ stock number, $7 difference in price. Ring a few keys and refund the difference.

cooked a dish last night that I usually deglaze with white wine. I didn't have my usual cheap small bottle in the pantry, and I could have walked 5 minutes to get one, but I had a long day and was in my jammies so I used chicken stock instead. i'll walk the dog at midnight in jammies, but not go to the store in them. came out fantastic.
