I play these every so often:
Borderlands 1 or 2
Burnout Paradise
Batman Arkham Asylum
Far Cry 3
GTA4
Just Cause 2

Most of these are good to just play for a little while.

stalker x4 (getting the itch to do it again)

I've gone through all 3 of them 3 times.

If you're getting the itch, wait until April 26th, and you can start on Lost Alpha. I have a feeling it's going to be like experiencing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. for the first time all over again - - and I think it's probably the closest we're ever going to get to a "STALKER 2."

I've played through all the Mechwarrior 2 games multiple times. Mechwarrior 2: Mercenaries probably takes the cake at 7 runs.

I have played Mechwarrior 4: Veneance and Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl 3 times apiece. I don't know if Stalker counts since I used different collections of mods each time.

I've done Chrono Trigger 3 or 4 times. Usually, after years of not touching it, I get a bit nostalgic, and I've probably played Minesweeper a few thousand times.

Stars! (my favorite 4X game of all time) (countless times)
Europa Universalis III
Transport Tycoon
Civilization franchise (not 5)
SimCity franchise (not the new one)

So... mostly strategy games for me.

While I do like RPG games (the number of hours I've spent in Oblivion and Skyrim are scary), they don't have a lot of replay value for me because 2nd runs all lack that wonder of discovery and excitement over loot that the first run has. (This is also because my first runs in RPGs are almost always completionist--I pretty much explored every inch of Skyrim with my first and only character.) There are a few exceptions, like Chrono Trigger and Mass Effect (in part because Mass Effect is more action than RPG and the story is amazing--well, except for that ending, but I just pretend that never happened).

There are quite a few games I revisit after completion but in terms of most reinstalled yet never uninstalled games, meaning they lasted longer than the lifetimes of the rigs I played them on:

Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. I play through it pretty much once a year and game being compatible with sweetfx, enb and 1440p helps too. Can't believe it's been almost a decade.

RTL Ski Jumping 2005: I actually held the record in that game. Before the studio closed, it was quite a popular game, in Europe at least. I bought a back up last month that I keep in mint condition. Very hard to describe this one: You start out as a new jumper, with limited attribute points to distribute, you have to be successful through 3-4 seasons to max out the jumper. 251.5m FTW.

sid meiers gettysburg. i played that game to death, it had tons of replayability. historic scenarios, dynamic campaign, multiplayer, oodles of ai options...and a solid game mechanic. i have yet to fire it up on win7....notbsure if it would even work

baldur's gate 2 - i've beaten it at least 10 times. it's still fun. the combat is excellent, and the dialogue is amazing.

dunno if you mean replays or just pure hours.

if we're talking the latter, then definitely diablo 2. no idea how much time i spent on that game over the many, many years i played, but it was quite extensive lol.

if we're talking how many times i've replayed through a game - probably star ocean 2. my favoritest of all games and i play through it every few years. also replayed mass effect 1/2 a number of times. i think i've brought 4 characters fully through ME1, all being multiple (2 or 3) playthroughs. and ME2 i think i've played 8-10 characters from start to finish.

I used to play FF4/FF6 start to finish at least a couple times a year for a while. Probably have around 15-20 full playthroughs of each. Theres a few others (Chrono Trigger, Baldurs Gate, Icewind Dale, etc), but none that I've played as much as those two.

Those days are long ago though, when I had more time, less stress, fewer responsibilities, and more enthusiasm for gaming in general. I rarely finish even a single play through of most games these days (like 98% of the games I play), even the ones that I think are really good.

multiplayer probably tekken 3.

honorable mention to quake 2/3/live, blacklight, minecraft, civ and civ 2, a whole bunch of C64 games ... neverwinter nights 1 ..

dawn of war 2 (and expansions), loved the engine & warhammer 40k setting! wish they could make a 3rd, but alas, Relic is a shadow of its former self after THQ went bankrupt.

Heroes of Might and Magic 3 + expansions.

Since it came out (long time ago), I've installed and played it yearly. No other game comes anywhere even close to how many times I've played it.

+1 That was truly an awesome game. I still have the old disk somewhere, I wonder how it runs on win8

I must have played final fantasy 2 on the snes through a dozen times or so, good memories

but nothing can touch WoW, that crack took away months (in playtime) from my life...will play the expansion when it comes out as I haven't learned my lesson

wizardry 8
King bounty (legend/crossover)
FarCry 1 (haven't played in year but it was super duper fun redoing maps for a while)
WolfenStein enemy terriority (haven't played in years)

One of the problem I've encountered is so many great games are hitting the market now that there is not enough time to replay old games. 2014 is looking like a banner year for people who like rpg'ish and tbs style games as well as 4x.

In terms of hours played, like many others here, WoW "wins" by a wide margin.

In terms of actually completing a game, I don't repeat games very often. Chrono Trigger is probably at the top of the list, though, thanks to its multiple endings and NewGame+.

Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, Dark Souls 2 - The Souls series is extremely replayable. Not only have I rolled multiple characters in each game (strength based warrior, high dex no shield, mage, cleric, and combination of) due to the extreme range of play possible, but I have also beaten the game multiple times on the same character getting to NG+, NG++, NG+++, etc.

Diablo 2 - There are so many different ways to play, new loot to find, and it is such a easy game to get into.

Morrowind - So much content in this game. After playing 400 hours via multiple characters throughout the last 10 years, I still haven't seen it all.

I often replay games,i try to play them differently to how i played them first time round though.i Just finished Dragon age Origins again this time as a back stabbing rogue on nightmare difficulty, still found it too easy.

Many times I think I'm going to replay a game I'm playing with a different character or party setup while I'm playing it, but after 40+ hours of playing the game and finishing it, I never find the will to go at it again (besides, considering the backlog, there are always plenty of games I haven't played before I go replaying old ones)
