It's kind of sad, isn't it? I often find myself reading though wikipedia and other sites to try and remember exactly how the story line went because it's been so freaking long since I've played the game.Who's Gordon Freeman? I feel like that name is familiar, maybe from a game I played 10 or 15 years ago, in what feels like another lifetime.
It's safe to say Valve killed that franchise. They were on a roll, but
That's what they said after Half Life 1 and Team Fortress Classic. Dead company, won't ever seen HL2 or TF2, etc. etc.
But yes it HAS been left 4 dead, not literally but figuratively because they probably diverted a lot of resources to l4d/l4d2 that would have gone into Ep3.
Why does this thread reappear every two weeks? Nobody knows anything about EP3, if they did there would be a huge sticky at the very top of the forum.
I mean, EP2 came out what, 2-3 years ago?
Isn't it about time to find out what happens to Gordon Freeman & Co.?
Valve signed a deal with Intel to use HL2:Ep3 as a showcase for Intel's new graphic capabilities. The game will be released when Intel are ready

Its like trying to fall asleep. If you try to fall asleep, you end up staying awake.
If you wait for HL2:EP3 it will never come out.
