WHAT? Have all Taco Bell's started doing this?

My coworker was nice enough to buy lunch today for both of us at a newly opened Taco Bell across from our office.
So i gave her my order of a Nacho Belgrande with no meat.
when i got the nachos all that was on them was cheese, bean and sour cream.
WHERE ARE MY TOMATOES AND ONIONS?
Is this something all Taco Bells are doing? I know there was the ecoli scare with them a few weeks ago but i thought it was all taken care of and things were going as normal.

anyways... has anyone seen otherwise at "their" Taco Bells?
Spare me about this being bad food, not good for me... I like it.

There was a time when you specifically had to ask for tomatoes ... no idea on the onions though

I got Taco Bell the other night and they gave my onions and tomatoes in my food. I live in MD.

AFAIK it's still standard equipment. Looks like they must have messed up. Not that I would mind, I don't like tomatoes or green onions!

I know for a while many fast food places made you ask for tomatoes(like M4H said) because of the hurricanes wiping out the tomatoe crops in FLA, etc but i thought it was done with that now.
I would hope that being a new store they(employees) would remember their training on how to construct a nacho belgrande.

Last time I got a Mexican Pizza (mmmmmmmm) a few weeks ago, it didn't have tomatoes or onions either. Altho I did get a taco supreme the other day and it had tomatoes, so I guess they're back here.

My Taco Bell around here usually forgets the green onions (chives), and sometimes Tomatos... Its usually 50/50%... Last time I asked them what the deal was and they said they ran out...

So I'm guessing some managers probably just forget to order ingrediants when they run low...

just an FYI... chives are different than the green onions.
they don't put chives but the do use green onions.

The thing that gets me about Taco Bell is that you have to ask for Jalapeno peppers on the Nachos Bell Grande. And then they charge you for those half the time(I was told by a Taco Bell manager that they are supposed to be free with nachos).

Who ever heard of nachos without jalapeno peppers?
