i got the sony ED31LPs from audiocubes. they're very good... have the semi-inearcanal design so they sound better than regular earbuds, but arent difficult to insert like the Shures and Etymonics. Audiocubes ships from Japan, but they're very fast (got mine in 5 days with the cheapest shipping).

MX 500's and the MX 400's are identical except for the volume slider that doesn't really work.

400 and 500 are the same thing. Only difference is the volume control.

yeah, the px200's are great low priced closed headphones. got them from ecost a few months back for ~35.
