Suppose that our mods and elite members were governors and presidents, and everyone else made up the legislature, what kind of shenanigans would ensue?

I think things might actually be better. With a few notable exceptions, our members are pretty smart. Still, I wouldn't want to be the press guy that gets to explain our newest federal holiday, Fap Day, to the nation's reporters.

• The government would be shut down every weekend for maintenance

• Every citizen who violated there "rules" would receive infractions and warnings, once someone received 7 or more them, they be deported to Canada.

• Any citizen who discusses piracy or illegal downloads would be deported.
