The only difference is the die color, which changes from the polish used in the factory. YThere are NO guaranteed hardware differences such as copper vs. aluminum interconnets etc.
At one time, Blue indicated that the chip was fabbed in Dresden, which indicated that it had copper interconnects, which indicated that it **should** overclock higher.
