I change psu a month ago works perfectly. Then...... when I change my gpu.....
1) it wouldn't post. I turn the machine on. Lights on for 10 sec and it shut downs directly without posting bios. I manually disable c state, speed step and set the ratio to 40. Yet when I go to bios it said 1200mhz, when I go to windows 7 cpuz it said 1.2ghz. * ran intel burn test will 1.2ghz Throttle stop looks like this http://imgur.com/c3jE1u9
2) Sometimes if I am lucky, I got it to post it boots up perfectly BUT my cpu is always at 1.2ghz no matter what I do in bios. When I got lucky once, after that my system will boot up normally and bio do post. I will restart the no post cycle if I power off my psu for 15 sec (basically resetting the system?)
3) Sometimes it said no keyboard detected
* at the moment, I am at 1) so bascially my system post but my cpu is cap at 1.2ghz )=.
mobo: rampage v extreme
cpu: 5960x
gpu: 980ti
