Yea, I will eat KFC once in a while, because its convenient and close. But Popeyes fried chicken is better, also, the grocery store at my house has fried chicken which is better too... albeit slightly less convenient....

I think it's an interesting idea. I have some reservations about it, but would be interesting to try (I don't drink coffee though so have no real interest in it).

I was thinking there was another company that was trying to do something similar (use packaging that was edible) but can't recall what it was.

But fast food manages to sell ice cream in cones/bowls so I don't see why they can't manage to do this.

I also wonder how long before people ask for them to put like the popcorn chicken and stuff like that in it. Or their "famous bowls" or whatever that's the chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy.

Actually they could surely make fry containers out of some potatoes. I'm kinda surprised places haven't tried making hashbrown bowls to put breakfast foods in (although I suppose it's easier to just use a tortilla and stuff it with hashbrowns, eggs, sausage/bacon/ham, and cheese).

not sure if srs. KFC huge in states AND overseas. where do you live in 'murica, bum fuck kansas?

They are pretty sparse in Kansas, but they do exist.

If you were offered a steak or a chicken breast you'd take the chicken? You're crazy!

Depends what cut of steak.

I like KFC. I like fried chicken.

IMO, their problem is that they are too expensive for what they are. I can get a whole broiled chicken for $5 at the grocery store. One grocery store near me does a pretty dang good job with fried chicken and are much less expensive than KFC. I also hate all their sides.

LOL ATOT. Men of taste.

"I'll eat Taylor Swift, but fried chicken is disgusting.'

The bounds you will surpass to desire absolute trash in one area, then thumb your nose at it in another, is frequently baffling.

KFC cole slaw is the slaw that all others are measured by. If they sold it by the bucket, I'd buy buckets and they can have their chicken.

Their baked beans are pretty darned good too.

I'm not much of a slaw guy. So I wouldn't know good from bad.

Same with baked beans.

But I do like mashed potatoes and IMO KFC's suck hard.

The problem is you're taking something that isn't really unhealthy (unless you add a ton of cream and sugar) and tacking on a couple hundred calories worth of edible cup.

first the chicken for a bun and now this?

who knew ecofat would be a thing.

would be great if you could get a champaign bottle that had a cork full of coke and the bottle dissolves in a tub into a prostitute or if you already have a prostitute in the tub it would dissolve her.

Could work.

I never had one, but I thought the double down's bad rap was a little unfair. People eat double cheeseburgers all the time (with a bun), and when KFC releases a double chicken sandwhich WITHOUT the bun people lose their shit.

Both of the above, even said something along those lines to the wife last weeks.

Would rather go to Publix deli for Chicken and get the slaw and beans from KFC.

Their mashed potatoes were pretty good were I was at the time, but usually a bit thinner than I liked.

I always like making my own anyways, is easier.

Publix Deli coleslaw is pretty frigging close to KFC though.

Growing up in the 70's we used to almost hit them on the 4th of July for a bucket of wings or two and a bunch of side to picnic at any rate.

Was a traditional.

About as traditional as just cruising Bob's Big Boy once upon a time, on the weekends.

Hey! I resemble that remark!

Bottom line, KFC is greasy, soggy, slimy chicken. Popeye's is where it's at for chicken!

The best slaw is a recipe I make with mango, lime, Sriracha and honey.

Baked beans can only be eaten from a good BBQ place, otherwise they all suck.
