I went shopping with my wife a while back and when we got out of the mall, someone have parked their passenger side door DIRECTLY next to my passenger side door. There was may 4 inches between the cars. I figured the person was at the mall alone and did not realize how close they were. On closer inspection, someone was in the passenger side of the other car and tried to get out. My door has a couple of nice dents and matching paint from the other car. Presumably the passenger of that car climbed out the driver side, instead of just having the car moved. Or they weighed 35 pounds. Anyway...
Seeing the dents on my car, I manuevered my car away from the other car so I was about a foot away, then shoved my door into the other car. Looking at the dent on the other car was so satifying, I moved my car up a few inches, and gave the other car a nice matching dent. The other car was way worse off than mine was since I had more room to build up momentum in the door, and was trying to make the biggest dent I could. Payback complete.
i could never do that since I feel the karma gods would be extremely angry at me Thats why I park as far as possible because:
1. You can tell a girl's car at college since the bumpers are scraped up, it hasn't been washed in ages, and there are dings galore.
2. They don't give a sh!t.
Then you have the asshole men, who drive POSes and obviously don't care.
Then you have people who care about their cars. If necessary, I try to park near them, but usually, I'll park away from everyone else. I rather walk 30 more seconds, that have to be pissed about a ding/scratch. On top of it, the car is black, so everything shows, and its a small coupe, so it has a huge doors. I don't want to ding anyone else's car due to good ole' empathy
