I've got a couple.

Ford cars (even after having a 1991 Sable and driving a 2001 Taurus for a while ... I've only ever had Fords. The Sable was a tank and I loved it, the Taurus was junk but I spent almost no time driving it. I currently have a 1997 Town Car that I absolutely love)
Lenovo laptops
Carhartt outerwear
I can't wait to buy the 2010 car of the year ('10 fusion) in a few months

Berkeley Ugly Stick fishing poles,
Gary Yamamoto senkos (lure)
Gamakatsu hooks
Bounty paper towels

Weird - I spent a couple minutes really thinking about this, and that's all I could come up with. I guess, not 100% loyal to the Yamamoto senkos, as occasionally I'll use Gulp. Vehicles, clothing, food, cleaning supplies, hunting equipment, electronics - I've thought about just about every category & have no other brand loyalties that I can think of. The 4 brand loyalties above are merely because they're areas where I think quality is most important. Inferior paper towels suck, and my wife and I outcatch just about everyone at the lake to the point where it shouldn't be called "fishing" - it should be called "catching."

Abit (sorry they are gone)
Toyota (for the Tundra)
Nikon (for their SLR cameras)
Logitech (for the MX Revolution)
Schering-Plough (for Loratadine)

Very much this.

Love my MX revolution, Harmony remote, and my Dell 3007WFP. These are the only 2 companies off the top of my head that I would say I'm actually loyal too (and DELL only for monitors). However aside from these there are a number of others that always get into the top 5 when I'm considering certain products:

Mobos: ASUS
Hard Drives: Western Digital
Sound Cards: Creative
Cases: Lian Li (although I'm likely not to go with them for my next build)
PSUs: Corsair
Optical Drives: Plextor and LG
Headphones: Sennheiser
HDTVs: Pioneer, Panasonic, Samsung
Receivers: Denon, Yamaha

how the hell can you afford all this shit when unemployed?

SureFire : great torches, a bit pricey but it's never failed me, great craftsmanship
B&W : love their speakers
Nike : fit my feet better then Adidas trainers
Intel : never bought non Intel chips when I use to build computers

Apart from that I'll get whatever is the best bang for the buck and have a range of stuff from every company.

I can't think of any specific companies I'm loyal to. I do tend to drink Pepsi over Coke, but I don't mind Coke either.

For CPUs I tend to go with AMD, but if Intel makes more sense at the time, then I do go Intel. When I built my server I ended up going with Intel as AMD did not have quads out yet and Intel was cheaper. I usually always look at AMD first though.

I'm not loyal to any brand or company. If the product works, great. If it doesn't work, I won't buy it.

I'm not totally "LOYAL" to Sony, but I have no complaints about their products and have had excellent customer service from them over the years if something didn't work right. I have an old Sony VAIO desktop in the other room, a Sony VAIO laptop next to me on the desk, and my CRT monitor I'm using right now is a Sony.

BUT, when it came time to replace the dead Sony TV, I bought a Panasonic.

I was MOPAR for decades. Wouldn't buy anything but a MOPAR...then, product quality went into the crapper, when Daimler Benz bought them...I had hopes of improvement. Didn't see enough change for the good...bought my first Ford vehicle ever...and couldn't be happier. (unless I could manage to get 40+ mpg out of the Expedition 4x4)

I buy only New Balance athletic shoes...not out of loyalty, but because they're well made and fit my "flintstone feet."

We have nearly zero brand-loyalty in this house.

Can't think of anything in particular. Since 1999, I've only used AMD CPUs but I don't have anything against Intel... it's just that every time I've been about to upgrade my computer, AMD offered the best value for the money at that particular time.

As for other computer components and peripherals, I've used pretty much every major brand over the last decade... Samsung, Logitech, BenQ, Microsoft, Asus, MSI, Epox, Hercules, Creative, Gecube, Sapphire...

Actually, I don't like Logitech any more. They didn't provide any Vista drivers for a webcam I bought 1.5 years before the OS came out. Also I've had many of their mice and joysticks fail within a year. For gaming peripherals, I'm partial toward Saitek products. For mice, I discovered a discount brand called "A4 Tech". Their products seem great and cost about half as much as Logitech.

I drink both Pepsi and Cola, as well as some discount brands I buy at the supermarket.

Store: Amazon (Prime FTW!)
Audio: Energy Speakers (great sound, great value)
CPUs: AMD
Mobile Phone: Sprint (have tried all 4 "major" US carriers, and will never leave Sprint at this point)

Most other stuff I'm pretty open to buying whatever/wherever.

I think it's safe to say Logitech has a monopoly over the non-bundled peripheral market.

I don't think so, I don't own a single Logitech product, they suck ass. Microsoft X6, Sidewinder, and M-Audio speakers.

I am only loyal to sentient beings not objects, concepts or ideas.

When people are loyal to a company, they are loyal to the people who work at that company, the people who manage it, the people who keep quality and customer service up. The expirience that the company's people bring with them, thier tried and tested products and procedures.

I just guessed from what I saw in the thread, it seemed like at least 1 in 3 were posting they had a logitech based keyboard/mouse input peripheral or speakers too. From that perspective I saw it was a pretty hefty portion of people when using them as samples for a bigger population.

I wouldn't buy cars from a company that covered up it's acceleration problems that caused injuries.

Neither would I, but I'd buy a Toyota since I have yet to see a documented acceleration problem.
