he wants to screw you, then go home and not have to be emotionally supportive or anything. and he wants to be able to screw other people, too. if that's ok with you, then more power to both of you. if that's not ok (i'm guessing it's not), then it's time to say goodbye for good. and don't expect him to "come around." he's made it pretty clear he's not interested in a real relationship. i mean come on, college and a job are reasons you can't be together? i guess every couple out there must not work or go to school.

Saying "both have to much going on" is an excuse. He doesn't want to dissapoint you but he feels he needs to move on. He doesn't feel the same way he used to. I went through almost an identical conversation you seemed to have... last week and tonight. weird.

but that whole 'involvement' thing is throwing me off. did he just want to be friends or did he say he wanted free nookie?

From an honest guy, it mean he just want to play with you on the side once in a while .You know in college there is just too much girls to just keep one!

My take on it (though I'm probably too young at 18 to know well enough) is that he wants to put the relationship on the back burner to focus on other things, and then pick it up later.
