What is the Best OC proc for the money right now

ok they have the opterons 165 at "0604 APHW" "0605 GPBW" and "0606 BPAW"
,,,, WHICH ONE IS BETTER?????????

by the way,, WHAT 2 GIG stick of ram for my ULTRA D should i get to pair with the opteron OC. price not an issue.. within 250-350 is fine

Edit: SRY for confusion,, I ment 2 GiGs total, as in 2 stick of 1 GIG ram stixx

Why do you need a single 2GB stick? Are you going for 4 GB RAM? If so, do you really need that? Just get 2*1GB and you should be fine
