Incident #1, I needed AM delivery. I called, they said just place a note in the web order form and they'll take care of it. They didn't. That resulted in a hurried run to the local shop just have something close to what I needed and still make it to the site on time.
Incident #2, placed order, then the day it was supposed to ship they called to say they actually wouldn't have one of the things I ordered. Another short notice scramble to plan B.
Incident #3, I bought some of their used gear, which the listing said would have a $10 fee to activate a new software key. Turned out to be $80, and the software company told me they had notified LR weeks prior that their listing was wrong. LR refunded the difference.
