What is the best RSS reader?

I have never used RSS before, and wanted to ask for recommendations on RSS reader. Which one is the best or which one do you use? Also, if I would check my feeds on two separate computers, will they show same info? or will one show feeds as unread if it was read from another computer?

I've been having a decent time with Liferea, the status for each feed is saved in an XML file so you could probably copy it to another machine to update the read status, but I don't bother with that.

I use the plugin for Trillian. Would hate to have yet another app just for RSS.

Unfortunately, Trillian's doesn't support RSS 2.0 ... yet...
