What is the best TV Card?

I need to buy a TV Card what's the best?
I'm looking at around $90
at the WinTV Theather
ATI TV Wonder
any suggestions, help?

I like the ATi TV Wonder. So, here's a vote for that.

You don't have to spend 90 bucks for a TV card, and it depends on what OS you use, etc. Avermedia TV cards are decent, ATI is not bad, and the Hauppauge are good too. What system are you going to use this on? Oh, and if you have an Radeon VIVO or Rage Fury w/ VIVO, I wouldn't suggest getting the ATI, they don't work too well together (for me anyway).

i'm going to use it to watch tv and record some shows to watch when i'm not near the computer/tv.

i don't have a tv in my room so i have problems with no tv at all.
