What is the best vid card for exporting my desktop to my TV

Yea, what is it. I've had wanning success with a Voodoo 3500, but I'm looking for a good TV out that isn't $200+

Anytime you output the desktop to tv the results will be less than great. You can try one of the ATI cards. Look and see if they are what you want.

Willoughbyva is correct. Unless you plan to play movies, the results are poor even with an expensive card. The thing is that a TV does not do a good job of displaying text. That is unless you use an HDTV or Plasma display.

Oh, I understand the degredation in quality from a scanned image to a three color pixilated image. No problem there. And yea, I've seen the text issues, and I'm cool with it. I'm just looking for a good desktop upgrade that also doesn't have many issues when exported to a TV. Thanks already.
