I don't think most of the people who are shitting on cheesecake factory do so because they love $50 pretentious tapas...Ill come straight out and say it, I love the Cheesecake Factory. It has the best cheesecake I've had, the best strawberry lemonade ever and I've never ordered something I didn't like- not to mention I don't think I've eaten the same thing twice because their menu is so stupid big. The only thing I don't like is the wait to get a table- if that happens, I'll go elsewhere.
The closest one is 10 hours away so needless to say it's a vacation thing for us, but no chains around here in Canada even comes close in terms of variety. I'm not one to go to a Michelin rated, or whatever other awards they give out, restaurant to get a plate of food the size of my hand for 50$ and then have to act all pretentious and describe how phenomenal it was just because it's expected of people who eat at those places.
Give me some CF any day and I'll be happy (and also dead considering how unhealthy it is).
the best strawberry lemonade ever
Anyone worked at Olive Garden? That place guaranteed frozen food. They artificially make demand by limiting the amount of tables available. So they always have people waiting for a table. TGIF isn't frozen food? CF may not, but I guarantee it will be one day.
We don't have Olive Garden any more but we have a large chain called Boston Pizza and the last 2 time i went there and ordered Lasagna it was still cold/frozen in the middle, i hate chain restaurants and try to avoid them ...Anyone worked at Olive Garden?
