Dota 2 currently. 921 hours and counting since this December last year.

That's probably more than I've put into Baldur's Gate 2, Icewind Dale 1 & 2, Neverwinter Nights, and Dawn of War.

That comes out to 1.67 hours a day, every day since release.

That's not too bad. Since I started playing Dota apparently I've averaged nearly 3 hours and 42 minutes a day.

Ancient Domains of Mystery - Played since ~1995, still play it today as I invested in the IndieGoGo (kickstarter-esque) crowd funding and it's being updated and improved and more content added.

BF1942 - I hate to think how many hours I put into this game. I played it for about 8 years and i've never enjoyed a game so much since.

MMOs have my biggest time synch. Everquest, WoW, GW 1 and 2. Team based FPS games like team fortress, tribes, and planetside come out next. Really the hours spent on these games dwarf the total amount of time spent on any single player game, even the final fantasies.

In terms of games played over the longest period of time its Theme Hospital and Diablo. Uplink follows a distant third but still a game I go back and play.

In terms of hours played however Arma 2 and Arma 3 win. I have thousands of hours in the first and hundreds in the second and over the next couple of years I suspect I'll reach 2000-3000 hours in Arma 3.

BF2 is my oldest title at 7 years old,this game got me into upgrading my pos p4 pc later on in 2007 to a core 2 duo and 8800gts 512mb and got me into pc gaming period and despite the fact i spend more time playing BF3 these days,BF2 is still installed for the occasion play.

UT3 itself got me into the late hour gaming and installed the upgrade bug that has always bit me,staying up pulling a 11pm-6am straight was a common thing and to this day it sits next to BF2,BF3 and BC2 as the most played games in my library.

Kotor I I played over and over as all 3 classes. With all the different classes and dlc, the game I probably have the most hours into is Borderlands 2.

I don't play online much, but I played a lot of custom games for Battle for Middle Earth 2. The only shooter I have played much online is COD 4.

I've been playing SR4 since last week quite a bit by my standards, and I'm not at that average. And this is right after release so it's probably the most I'll ever play it.

FFXI, I think I had at least 75-100 days of straight game time, which translates to almost 2400 hours of play. I loved that game.

As for BF2, probably well over 100 days of game time over the years. I keep reinstalling that goddamn game, installing mods. I still play it today because I find it that much better than BF3.

Starcraft: BW is also well above the 1000 hour mark.

The hours per day does not really seem excessive, but to play it every day since the game came out seems a bit much. Each to his own though. I would say I average 3 or 4 hours per day gaming, just not the same game every day. I also take a few days off occasionally and dont game at all.

Most old games I go back to play, only get played for a few minutes for that quick nostalgia fix. I just don't have time like all of you it seems to sit there and play games very often. Plus I have other interests and even dvd's I still want to watch or re watch.
When I do have time I don't care to, I could play a game at this moment but I just don't feel like it.
