I got a 633mhz celeron, 8GB HD, 128MB RAM, nothing compared to TI 99/4A, but it runs my personal vent server all right

I have a 10,000 year old abacus. Don't really use it anymore, but it still boots.

A 1998 Dell XPS-R 450 updated with a Tualitan Celeron on a Slot-T Adaptor 1400MHz, WD SE HD and a GeForce 3.

It's actually very usable still.

I have an old AT&T branded Server that has a 33mhz processor and running 4mb of ram. I had to leave it at the parents house but it is still fun to break it out for a laugh.

We had an IBM PC (not XT/AT), with the dual 5 1/4" drives, 10 and 20MB harddrives, and monochrome monitor. Still worked last I checked, but last one after that was an IBM Blue Lightning 75mhz something or other.

Commodore Vic20 / Ti994/A
and my favorite, a Kaypro II
one of the first portable computers that weighed a mere 28 or so Lbs.
ran on a Z80 at a whopping 2.2 Mhz
built in 9" green monitor + 2 (yes two) floppy drives!

Anyone remember CP/M?

Did I mention it's portable with it's light 28lb weight? I should roll up to starbucks with this one day.

More than a mere IBM clone, the Compaq Portable is something different, it's transportable, designed so it can easily be taken aboard an airliner as carry-on luggage.

hahaha, awesome!

I built my grandmother a 386 YEARS ago and she's still using it today.

And she has NEVER, EVER had any troubles with it since day one.

(YEAH YEAH YEAH, I'm working on a updated one for her right now... Though I doubt IT will be as trouble free as the one she's been using ALL this time )

An Apple 2E is my current footstool. Otherwise, I still have a Macintosh LC plugged in, and the thing hasn't crashed in around 15 years!

I use to play the original Test Drive on my Amdsterdam 8086 PC-compatible with 512MB at that resolution with 4 colors. It was fun despite all of the pixelated screen with mosaic looking cars. Now I don't think I can tolerate any resolution lower than 800x600@32bits. I think I use it to play game until Kings Quest 4 where it has up to 8 floppy disks to swap depending on where you are on the map. When I toss it away just the summer of this year it still boot to dos and I can still boot up the GUI "Gem Desktop 1.0" by Digtial Equipment.
