My Intel Pentium II (400, I think), is being used by my grandpa for email and extremely limited web browsing. All things considered it is pretty damn good for that job, and its not that slow.

Things do slow down if there is more than one browser window open or too much scripting on a web page.

We still have some Compaq EVO d510's chugging along here at work, I just surplused the last of our HP DL400's and 420's.

I was temporarily using a T21 as a laptop a couple months ago.

Now the oldest computer I use is a Pentium M 1.6GHz laptop.

At work, we have a couple of Prescotts at 2.4GHz. Non-Hyperthreaded.

I tend to upgrade a lot ...

I think my 1.8 Celeron server is the oldest machine, I use it as a file server for my lan, as well as for my Ventrilo server. I don't have a keyboard or monitor hooked up to it, but it gets usage every day...

I gave my dad my old AMD Athlon x2 3800+. I guess I can say that I support him.

Edit: I lied. I also gave my little sister my old AMD Athlon 64 3000+. I support that too.

For regular use, my C2D E6600 at home LOL . Still pretty zippy.

For occasional use, my parents' P4 3.0 Ghz, or my grandparents' PIII 1 Ghz. The latter system is a dog, since it has only 256 MB RAM (it would be pretty decent with 512/1GB I'm sure)

nothing too old anymore.

as of 2005 I was still using a 150 MHz Pentium. In 2006 it was a 500 MHz Celeron. Both those got retired though probably 2007.

My PC at home...It's 2x 800 or 1000 MHz PIII. Probably 12 years old. I don't game...all it does is web/e-mail/MP3 ripping/occasional GIMP, so it's plenty fast enough running linux.

Nothing older than 2009. Upgraded all my computers when I got a job out of law school.

My current rig isn't very old. An E8400 on a GA-P35-DS3L bought in Jan '08. I bought a new 5770 last month and bumped up the RAM from 2 to 4GB last August. I may turn my older Opteron 160 system into an HPTC. That one was Jan '06.

At work, I think the oldest system we still use is a Pentium 4 of some kind.
