What is the worst car you've ever owned?

Mine would have to be a 79 Chevy Monte Carlo. Big assed 5.0 V8 and only 155 hp. Man I think that thing hauled ass 0-60 in about 5 minutes flat, going downhill maybe.

4bbl carb guzzled gas like Britney Smears guzzles .... umm.... nevermind

The junkpile handled so bad I considered taking seasickness pills if I had to go down a windy road.

....but I still loved that car, was my first car ever so it wasn't too bad.

So let's hear it post some lemons.

My first car was my worst. It was originally my partent's car - bought when I was 2 months old. Then when my sister turned 16 she got it. When I turned 18, I got it (dang older siblings get all the stuff right away and us middle ones must wait). So it was of course 18 years old when I got it. It was poop brown - so brown that even complete strangers called it the "poopy car" or "Sh!@ car". It was rusted out on the sides. The engine leaked oil from the day it was made (I put in another quart every 2-3 weeks), even after being "repaired" a countless number of times. It was a 1976 American Motors Concorde - complete with fake leather and AM radio (no FM, no cassette) and just one speaker.

porsche 944. the mechanics for this thing are thieves. parts are too damn expensive, and like a typical german car it had electrical problems

probe gt. who do they think they are? the car was rolling crud. $155 plug wires. PLEASE!! everything broke on that POS.

87 Toyota Pick-up

No A/C, No Radio, No Passenger Side Mirror, No rear bumper, No Power Steering, No Tachometer, 4 Speed Manual. Plenty of Rust, Dings & Dents in the bed though. A bad clutch (The rivets scarred the flywheel up pretty bad) couldn't put it into reverse without grinding gears.

Oh and also one of the spark plugs blew out of the clyinders while I was on the freeway, thats always good.

My first car.... 1979 Datsun 210 wagon. 66 *blistering* HP, no A/C, no power anything, no radio (well, not one that worked, anyway). The only good thing about that car was being able to pack a TON of crap into it and move from the dorm -> home in one trip...

Well, the worst car i've ever owned is the only one i've ever owned. 93 VW Fox, it looks like @ss, the interior sucks. I've poured tons of money to keep it on the road, ($1000 bill just so it would pass inspection this past year). Every winter since I bought it, it has spent a ton of time in the shop repairing all the electrical problems, (waaaay too many to list).

91 Chevy Beretta (sp?). I bought it used (first mistake) for 8,000 and in the period of two years put over 9,000 worth of repairs into it. No matter what I did, that thing broke. It was always the somthing with that car, and when I finally got rid of it I got 1,000 for it. Never again will I buy a used car.

One thing good about my old chevy is it didn't cost me much to keep it on the road. I did my own brakes, tune-ups and changed the oil and replaced the water pump once. Though it did need a new carb once too. So about all that regularly broke down was the skin over my knuckles and my back. But still it was fun back then.

Did you just say that your 510 was your worst car?? Because the Datsun 510 is my DREAM CAR!!! I WILL HAVE ONE!

Did you know that Adam Carolla (from the Man Show) has a BRE-restorted 510 that he drives everyday??

haha... yes!!! I bought one for $200.00 when I was 17. Those things were hillarious. Probably the ugliest (and most economical) cadillac ever made.

A 1987 Dodge Dakota LE 3.9 V6 AT. Everything electrical that could possibly go wrong and some things that couldn't did. Carb went twice. Transmission went at 60k, the motor at 90k. Went through alternators regularly, transmission never worked right. Brakes would lock sometimes. Car wouldn't start all the time, had to bang starter solenoid with wrench. God awful POS wiring. @#$*&%^*&@^#

It really wasn't all that bad, but my first car was my "worst" car. My dad gave it to me when I got my license. It was a 1987 Ford Escort. Two-toned tan paint job. Inside upholstery was threadbare. But it never broke down on me, and always passed emissions/inspection. And it sure took a beating before I bought a new car.
