Indian food is one of those things that I'll eat once every two years or so. There's some off flavor in most of it that I don't like.

Hot sauces are great but tobasco or any overly vinegary ones are nasty. I want hot not sour.

Unless you're Korean or visited and very familiar with Korea, it's not something normal person would know. Like I said, there are only few Korean raw fish restaurants in the US that serve Korean style sashimi so you have to know and actively seek it out. .

We've got a Korean place in town that does live halibut Sashimi, I'm an adventuresome eater. Should I do this?

Had a Chinese friend, same guy who had me try stinky tofu, that took me to a very authentic dim sum place.

I got to really liking the Dim sum tripe stew, or niu za. The kidneys they mixed in were a bit too much but the honeycomb tripe was delicious.

Some of the best foods are sour, or at least in part. Give Apple Cider Vinegar or Malt Vinegar a try, you might like those.

Considering the Korean writing on the packet evidently says “deer and rice meal*” (*deer not included) and the instructions say to use the AK-47 round to add the deer, I think you may may right about the parody.
