Looks like an Echeveria, possibly E. harmsii. If it's not an Echeveria, it's probably an Aeonium. All the Crassulas look alike to me.

The flowers more or less narrow it down to Echeveria. Aeoniums usually have large racemes densely packed with lots and lots of yellow flowers. It's also *not* E. harmsii because it has red flowers. The thing with succulents is that how they are grown can totally change the way they look. Cultivated ones sometimes bear hardly any resemblence at all to wild specimens of the same species. Also there are over 150 species of Echeveria, and several genera that resemble it.
