What is Windows Xp with SP2B?

I noticed Newegg is selling Windows XP with Service Pack 2B. Is the 2B just something they made up? Could it be Service Pack 2 with things like Internet Explorer 7 already included? Is it just a Newegg thing or did MS actually release a 2B and I missed it?
Basically, wtf, is going on?

According to the following site (in japanese) SP2b is only available via OEM so there is no street price. Notes on the package indicate that the disc has been updated with the latest patches at press time. According to the article researcher testing it had all but couple patches to be installed from Windows Update. I searched on the Microsoft japan site but could not digg up any info regading SP2b. Searched google and came up with this comment on digg. Looks like it is just a slipstreamed oem disk with the latest updates.

Still, it saves a little time. But like you say no great shakes.
I talked with the NE Regional Director for marketing from Microsoft about 2 months ago and he said a WinXP SP3 would be out a few months after Vista was released.

SP3 for Windows XP Professional is currently planned for 1H CY2008. This date is preliminary.
