Google talk. I'm always signed into google talk for the email notifications and extra features over gmail chat, but the gmail chat is a big reason because when friends hop on the email they can IM too. Great stuff.

the one i use the most is IBM Sametime. i really don't use IM that much outside of work.

I use Yahoo and AIM at home. Tried Trillium a long time ago, but not recently.

Where I used to work we used SameTime... which was pretty good for the business environment... well at least I thought it was.
