What is your anticipated bonus this year?

I should be looking at 7% of my salary.

That’s not too bad really, considering the current financial climate.

I’ve been permanent for 3 months (was contracting for 3 years).

$0 for me. I've only gotten a bonus once in my life and it was for a measly $500. Government work pretty much prevents most bonuses.

My wife may get a nice bonus though. Probably in the 7% range (it is typically about one month's salary).

bonuses at my company have never been more than a few hundred bucks... $350 for the past couple years.

it's a bonus, I can't complain. that actually covers just about all of my Christmas shopping.

merit salary increases are a couple months away from being determined.

I'm anticipating 5% of my salary in two paychecks... 50% of that 5% in one and 50% in another (the second 50% is based on an expected satisfactory review... it could go down to -50% or 150% based on my review).

Only had a bonus once in 15 years, and that was because at the time the current president of the company was retiring and seemed to want to leave his legacy as a big positive with the rest of us.
