What is your anticipated bonus this year?

Only bonus we get is a once a year thing for organizational wide goals being hit. It starts at around $400 and goes down from there depending how bad we did.

Big change from my prior employers that had quarterly bonuses in the $1500 to $5000 range.

I almost took a job recently that had a 50% bonus as part of the advertised pay. It was paid out quarterly based on several metrics. It wouldn't have been a big deal, but I declined the job based off of other factors.

4.8% of gross annual salary Productivity bonus plus 80$ per year ( 16 years for me ) of service for 125 year celebration bonus.

We also got a 50$ gift card for working two days over the Holidays.
