I've only ever had two bonuses, both 'Christmas bonuses'. One was about $100 and one was around $25.

My bonus is monthly and varies from $0 all the way up to $1,000+ depending on how many billable hours we get in.

Last month my bonus was just shy of $1,000. In a typical year I may earn $3,000-$5,000 in bonuses.

Just had my first annual review since I started in june. Got a 1.5% raise and what amounts to a 3% bonus. Bonus could have been higher but the new hire modification brought me down.

Pretty happy overall since it's my first year in the real world and I feel pretty lucky to have a job at all.

I think it is interesting to see peoples expectations/attitudes differ from the people who expect and are used to large bonuses and the people who have never received one or only receive a 1000 or less around the holidays.

Still don't know exactly, but they announced today that there will be bonuses and raises this year. So, yay.
