Dont have a real favorite atm like Rome, Silicon Valley ect and Jeopardy is in replays atm. I like watching shows on the Smithsonian channel although they don't have a lot of original programing.

I never watched a single episode of The Big Bang Theory until about a month ago. Then I gave it a try, and now I'm watching it fairly regularly.

I lot of people rag on this show (on the internet and people I know in real life) but besides some recycled jokes (I've counted at least 10 from Seinfeld) it's really not that bad imo. The guy who plays Sheldon might annoy some people but to me he's fantastic. I think all 4 guys are good at what they need to portray. Penny ain't a great actress but she looks the part and the necessary chemistry is there.

One network had early episodes and another has late so I've been getting look at different time periods of the show and I enjoy the early episodes the most. Since I didn't watch the show chronologically I don't know when Bernadette and Blossom got involved in the mix but I find them mostly annoying. From what I've seen the direction of the show changed dramatically from focusing on how the guys interacted amongst themselves (and with Penny) and dealt with life in general as super smart "nerds" to being about how they can best cater to the needs of their women.

I haven't seen any episodes yet with the Indian dude's sister. She's only been referred to in the past tense. I guess she's hot?

Most of the gals they bring on the show are hot, Raj's sister is no exception. I like the show too, it's not great but it's a typical easy watching sitcom that gets a chuckle out of me every once in a while.

It's definitely changed a lot over the years. At the beginning it was very clear how awkward and nerdy the guys were supposed to be, but now they're pretty much just normal guys that happen to have high tech jobs. That's not all that removed from reality (the engineers I've worked with over the years have all become more social), but if you watch the early seasons now there's definitely a big difference.

Man it's been too long since they released an episode, and their seasons are too short. I know lots of em are doing other shows, and stuff like "The Mick" has it's funny momments, but, I really hope we get more than just 1 more season of Always Sunny.
