What is your favorite game that you own on Steam?

Right now, probably Fallout 4. Over the past 2 years, probably Company of Heroes 2.

Wow, you people have great taste in games, was really happy to see Defense Grid and Space Pirates and Zombies in this thread.

As far as time spent, I have 408 hours in Dungeon Defenders, although I don't play it any more. I really like Castle Crashers for sitting back on the couch and playing with a controller. I think my favorite overall as far as constantly revisiting is Terraria. That big update was a heck of a treat as well. I also like Pixel Piracy, which was made by the same folks, but it just doesn't have quite the same replay value as Terraria for me.

My game with the most play time since steam has been tracking it is the Binding of Isaac. I've played one version of another of that game for over 100 hours. Next are Skyrim and Kerbal Space Program, both just under 100 hours.

Right now: Ironclad Tactics.

Game got a bad rap at it's onset, but the developers have added content and tweaked the mechanics just right. It's a real-time action, deck-building game that involves outside-the-box strategy. Decent story, as well. It has multi-player, but the initial reaction to the game has pretty much killed it.

In terms of hours played, Cities Skylines, followed by Skyrim, followed by X Rebirth and then Euro Truck Simulator 2

I also own Banished on both GOG and Steam. That would probably come in at #2 if you add the time from GOG and Steam together.

Yes! I find myself playing this more than any other game. I can't get enough Mars Attacks and Theater of Magic. The Adam's Family is great also. Now if they'd get Lord of the Rings or Super Mario Brothers for upcoming packs.

I think Mount and Blade Warband has the most hours for me, EU3 and EU4 have a lot, Skyrim had a lot, Fallout 3 NV was a favorite. Cities Skylines I played a LOT. X3 reunion I logged hundreds of hours back in the day. Kerbal Space program i have a shitton of hours, though I played it a LOT before they were on steam ...
