I've been a fan since I was 17, when a guy at my dads work had 3 daughters on the cheerleading squad. Got me signed calenders all the time. Almost had the chance to meet each of them at a company party but it never happened.

The team has been a disappointment since the 70's.
And last year was probably their best chance at the superbowl. This year has no chance and realistically next years team is gonna be a mess.
Oh well.

Ugh, yep, that's about right, though the 70's is before my time (well right at my time I guess). I sure wish they had fired Childress earlier so we could have actually stood a bit of a chance; Favre, obviously, and Tarvaris are not really the answer. Tarvaris looked ok againts Buffalo, but those three picks were rough; maybe he'll be a bit better with mroe consistent playing time, but who knows.

I became a Vikes fan because I was living in Winnipeg from ~6 to 14ish and we got the Minneapolis TV feeds, so I started following them. Been a fan ever since.

More or less a Redskins fan, but don't waste my time on Sundays watching television. If I'm doing something and am able to listen to the radio, then I'll listen to the game. Or, if I find myself taking a break from something else, I might tune in for a little while.

Lately, I've been a bigger fan of rooting for whoever the Bills are playing. It's fun being in Bills territory & tormenting their "fans."

See, win or lose, the Redskins have nutcase fans. The Bills... losing season... the Steelers game at Rich Stadium seemed to have more Pittsburgh fans than Bills fans present.

In bars in Manassas they do it. Not often, mostly they just scream and throw non-breakable items. But they do get crazy. Not Oakland crazy. They dont destroy a major metropolitan area.

Long time Miami Dolphins fan here, way back in the day of Marino and the Mark (Duper and Clayton) brothers.

After Marino retired, the Fins' offense sucked big time. They were the morons that passed on Drew Brees and picked Donte Culpepper instead.
