Yeah, Firefly is up there. It's also a guilty indulgence...but I really liked the show "Titus" too. I think that one was unappreciated. The characters played well off each other.

But all time favorite show would be UCB, which was taken off the air, and even worse, the live show moved from Chicago to some place called New York.

Battle Star Galactica & Babylon 5 however each seemed to get lazy about the story line and plot consistency toward the end of their runs.

I will miss Downton Abbey more than Newsroom, but they've got the great depression to get through at least.

While there are many others, they actually had long runs and/or overstayed their welcome. The above ended before they should have.

For instance, I miss House and Chuck, SG:Atlantis, etc even though House pretty much well, was House and Chuck kinda got worse as it went and Atlantis got an ending as well.

The Unit is the only show on your list that wouldn't be on mine, only because I never watched it. Chuck is the main one for me, though. I wish they'd make at least a movie since Chuck and Sarah got such a crappy ending.

Leverage and Psych I liked the endings to, and Burn Notice was OK, although I hoped it would end with him doing the same kind of odd jobs with the gang full-time by his own choice, instead of it being is time-killer while working on the burn notice.
