And that's b/c you are a student. How would you like it if you knew someone was making more money than you for the same position and doesn't perform the job well?
Morale-wise, no good comes from knowing your peers' salaries.

Also, my boss is leaving and the athletics website is being outsourced. Perfect time to leave or demand a huge raise since I'm the only one who knows any of the programming side of the website.
