what is your retirement asset allocation formula?

Projected payments look low right now, but over time they will creep back up.

I am hoping this is sarcasm. Considering politicians are maintaining the social security tax cut at 4% I don't see payments increasing much.

I am in
50% S&P 500 index
25% Small/MidCap index
25% International index

Damn, "enjoy" retirement. I am ahead of average for my age in 401k but basic math shows I am still behind where I ought to be, it is just that most people are such worse. I keep creeping up the percent to it each year or so though.

I am more than age in bonds to be honest, I know it is quite conservative though.
