What kind of case do I need for an external HD?

that will work... but why buy on ebay?

you can get them less expensive at someplace like newegg and not have to worry about getting ripped off (plus a store like newegg will take care of you if it arrives DOA, unlike most ebay sellers)

and yes. the enclosures come with everything needed to setup an external harddrive.. you just need to add your own drive
