I've only really had luck with the dried udon noodles but that's probably due to supply around here.

Those fish balls sound vaguely like Portuguese pasteis de bacalhau. Which are awesome.


Portuguese introduced to Japan in 16th century, then Japan introduced to Taiwan during occupation..

I want to visit Portugal to eat their seafood. If not for this covid-19, I would've visited Europe this year. Now who knows when I can travel international again.

Probably gonna make pasta salad with smoked salmon tonight. That'll be tonight's dinner, and lunch next week for work.

Oh hell yeah! I would tear that up! I love whole cooked fish.
That was mostly sardines (which are the best) and dorada. Normally I'd do some mackerel and smelt as well but it's a pain in arse buying stuff now that most of the little stores are getting g you to order in advance around here.
(Not going to lie though, I did over cook those sardines a bit. The dorada were great though)

It looks like leek or artichoke hearts.

Pepperoni, onion and bell pepper (my favorite combo), plus marinated artichoke on half.

I have a blackstone outdoor pizza oven that gets to 1100 degrees, though I usually cook around 850. I wish I could I could say I use my own dough and sauce, but my local high-end grocery store does an amazing job at them so I just buy it there. The tomato sauce is bright and sweet with no added sugar. I've tried about 6 different mozzarella brands but I prefer the blocks from Trader Joe's when not doing a margherita style.

I've tried my own dough so many times but it's hard to compete with the homemade grocery stuff that's better than most pizza restaurants. Anyone have good dough tips?

chicken wrap for light lunch. Seasoned the chicken tenderloin with Tajin seasoning and roasted garlic. Homemade honey mustard sauce.

I still finding ways to use those 10 lbs of Cow`s balls that I bought the other day!! The soup was just fantastic!!

For some reason this post made me realize how drastic a change this has been for travel for us. Since 2014 we've visited at least 5 countries and 2 states each year. Last few years have been 8+ countries. 2020 will almost certainly just be the one country from January

I'll try and look on the positive side and maybe finally get to the upper peninsula in MI. Either way this will be the most banked vacation time I've had since 2013

my stomach is weird. I can have taco bell every day for a week and nothing happens.
I eat some bad turkey and I'm in the hospital a day later.

I heard the UP is very nice for vacations and in the autumn for the colours.

I'm making frozen breaded fish, and canned corn with OldBay on top. I have no idea how old that can of corn is, but the label was yellowed. It had a production code, but no date. Looked ok when I opened it. Should be eating in .5hr. We'll see if I die or not :^D
