What kinda sugar for diabetics?

My grandma asked me to find out what kind of sugar diabetics can take. So what is it? Splenda?

My dad uses Splenda. I've tasted it before as well...and it isn't too bad actually. It's VERY sweet.

splendas good, stay away from nutra sweet and equal.

Better is Stevia(sweet leaf), it's all natural.

You find it in health food stores.

yea stevia too.. there was an article in time or one of those mags a while ago on it. i just remember stevia and splenda were good. both have pros and cons ...depends what type of food u use em for.

Some diabetics I know unaquired their need for sweet rather then expose them selves to the chemical sweetners..
