What MB standoffs do I need for the Thermaltake VA8000BWS?

I have a lot of motherboard standoffs and they are all the same size, they wont work in this case, to short. Does this case use the 8.5mm standoffs? I had tried to get ahold of thermaltake and I think they want me to ship back the whole case since mine wasn't shipped with parts it should have came with, cost way to much to do that since all I need are the standoffs. I have found some standoffs at tigerdirect but it's gonna be over $10 shipped for them so I don't want to get the wrong ones.

Just regular standoffs. Ive used standoffs from different cases with that one and work just fine.

I have this same case. They could possibly be different size threads on the stand offs. Thermaltake won't send you any? They want you to send the whole thing in? Did you buy it brand new or from a person?

The regular stnadoffs wont work, they are way to short. You can't get the video card or any card for that matter to seat properly. I pulled the standoffs out of my Lian-Li PC-75B and they were to short. I had many other cases and the standoffs in those are all the same size so I know they wont fit.

My friend had some longer standoffs and they work great. I bought the case new from newegg and it came with no screws. I didn't have everything I need for my new build so the case sat around still in the box for a few months and when I was ready to build it I couldn't find any screws that came with it and there isn't even a packing slip that tells you what should come with it so I have no way of knowing if theres something else I didn't get with it. Thermaltake didn't say exactly what to do in their email, I was under the impression they wanted me to send the case back. They will not respond to me any time I try and contact them now. I thought I had a problem with one of their PSU's and they wouldn't even answer that question. Anyway, live and learn, I wont be buying any of their products again.

Really? I just sent my Thermaltake Toughpower in for repair/replacement. I had no issues at all. It all went smooth.
